PAYMENT POLICY

Where you have only paid an Initial Deposit, you are required to send to the Property your payment for the Balance and you may be required to pay the Damage Deposit and/or Other Fees within a certain period prior to the arrival date specified in the email confirmation (the “Arrival Date”). If you fail to make the balance payment due to us to the Property in full and on time we shall be entitled to treat your Booking as cancelled by you and the Cancellation Policy (as defined below) shall apply.
Payment
The payment policy is:

50% initial deposit of the Total Booking Fee at the time of the Booking

50% balance will be paid 60 days before your Arrival Date
​
In case of a last-minute Booking, meaning less than 30 days before your Arrival Date, the Total Amount of the Booking is required.
Enquiry Form
In case of request to Book the Property via the Enquiry Form you will be obligated to proceed to an initial deposit or the Total Amount to our Property’s Bank Account provided below and follow up with a balance payment at the same Bank Account to guarantee your Booking of the Property if that is required.

Booking Engine Form
In case of request to Book the Property via the Booking Engine Form you will be obligated to proceed to an initial deposit or the Total Amount using a credit card or a PayPal Account and follow up with a balance payment to our Property’s Bank Account to guarantee your Booking of the Property if that is required.
Damage Deposit
A Damage Deposit of the amount of 500 EUROS will be required prior to arrival via a valid Credit Card to insure that in case of goods damaging of the Property and during your stay will be covered by you. We will not charge you credit card with any amount but will hold the amount due and realised it (seven) 7 days upon your departure from the Property. In case of Goods Damaged we will inform you the amount of damage and the charging fee and proceed to charge the amount via the Damage Deposit Fee.
